Claude Code for Business: 3 Systems That Run Without Code

"Swap the photo in the post I sent you yesterday, then publish it on LinkedIn and Instagram."

That's the voice memo a founder sends from his phone, at the café. Two minutes later, the carousel is live, without him opening a single tool. Not a line of code, not a browser, just a voice note.

Claude Code is pitched everywhere as a developer tool. It does build impressive applications. What's less said: configured properly, the same tool runs complete business systems without a single line of handwritten code.

Here are three systems running daily in SMBs, and how to reproduce them.

The basics: Claude advises, Claude Code executes

Keep this picture. Claude is the consultant advising you in a chat window. Claude Code is the same engine, but with hands: it reads files, creates files, launches programs, connects to your tools, browses the web. It takes action.

You need three things to start:

  1. The Claude Code app, included in a Claude subscription (from about $20 per month).
  2. A connected account: in the app, click connect, accept the pop-up. That's it.
  3. An empty work folder on your computer, your control room.

And above all, you need skills. A skill is an embedded competence: a file that teaches Claude a way of writing, a process, a way of using a tool. It's the heart of everything that follows. Simple example: copy three LinkedIn posts that sound like you, then ask "analyze the style, tone, rhythm, structure, and create an 'my-writing-style' skill". From then on, any post request comes out in your voice, not a generic one.

What follows is not theory. Each of the three systems exists as a ready-to-use folder containing a SKILL.md, with the installation instructions right inside: copy the folder into your workspace, describe your context, and Claude Code sets itself up. Here are the three skills, and the tools they drive.

System 1: the agence-marketing-ia skill, one idea published everywhere

One idea in, and everything else is taken care of: a sentence, a voice memo, and the chain turns it into a full content set, then publishes it to your feeds automatically. This is the agence-marketing-ia skill, and here's its chain:

  1. Angle and copy. It writes the post in your voice, platform by platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, X), respecting each one's codes. Never the same text copy-pasted everywhere: every caption is written for its own network.
  2. The visual. It generates an image, or a motion-design clip. A design.md file, fed with screenshots of your site and your account, enforces your art direction: logo, palette, style. Real estate example: field photos come in, a carousel in the agency's colors comes out, without opening a single app. What took thirty minutes now takes one.
  3. The video (optional). It assembles a short vertical video: hook, captions, on-brand look.
  4. The publish. It pushes each asset to the right account, or schedules it. The gateway this skill uses covers LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X and more.

To power the visuals and videos, generation runs through WaveSpeed, a pay-as-you-go platform: 1,000+ models (image, video, music, voice, avatars), billed per use, $5 free on signup. A sample request as you'd type it in Claude Code: "Idea: AI doesn't replace your job, it replaces your to-do list. Turn it into a LinkedIn post, an Instagram post with a visual, and schedule both tomorrow at 9am." Both posts are written, the visual generated, the publications scheduled.

A guardrail is built in by default: nothing goes out without your validation at least once, unless you explicitly enable full auto mode.

The loop is closed: an idea, a voice memo, a post, coherent visuals, all published. On accounts running this way, some posts pass 15,000 impressions without a single app being opened. The constraint is elsewhere: keep a sharp quality check alive, or the machine publishes at the pace of a model, not at the pace of a brand.

Unzip the folder into your Claude Code workspace: the installation instructions and setup (voice, brand guide, keys) live in the SKILL.md inside.

System 2: the prospection-apify skill, the CRM that fills itself

Every Monday morning, hundreds of qualified leads land in the CRM. Some systems pull 500+ leads a week. The skill is called prospection-apify, and its engine is called Apify: a library of scraping robots, one actor per platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, eBay), pay-as-you-go, a few euros of credit to start.

The process, in plain language:

  1. You describe a target. A search, a place, a niche, a hashtag. Example: "real estate agencies in Lyon".
  2. Claude Code launches the right robot. It picks the Apify actor matching the platform (listed in a simple config.json file) and drives it.
  3. It maps raw results into leads. Name, company, phone, email, profile URL.
  4. It fills your CRM. Leads are pushed through your import API, with automatic deduplication: re-running a job creates no duplicates.

Run it on demand, or wire it to run automatically, say every morning at 7am on one niche: you sleep, it prospects. Measured result: 83 qualified profiles from a single Instagram post. Multiply the targets, volume follows.

You can also give it your ideal customer profile so it keeps only the top 20 to 30%: a tech profile that will never buy, filtered out from the start.

Compliance check: this kind of collection handles personal data. The skill states it in black and white, and the law reminds it: only collect public data you have a legitimate business reason to hold, and respect each platform's terms. Decide this before scaling.

On budget, compare with reality: a lead generation hire is a position costing around $2,000 a month. Here, one Claude subscription and a few dollars of Apify credits to start.

Cost comparison: ~$2,000/month for a lead generation hire vs ~$30/month of Claude + Apify tooling, and a carousel cut from 30 minutes to 1 minute

The folder contains the SKILL.md, the runner script and a config.json: fill in your keys (Apify, CRM) in the .env file as explained, then set the Apify actor ids you use in the config.

System 3: the whatsapp-assistant skill, a WhatsApp sorted every morning

No WhatsApp Business here, with its official API and endless forms. The whatsapp-assistant skill plugs into your regular WhatsApp via whatsapp-web.js, a free, self-hosted, open library (no Meta Business account needed). How it works is simple: a small local bridge exposes two endpoints, Claude Code calls them, and everything runs in plain language.

One-time setup, two minutes: you run a command, the bridge shows a QR code, you scan it from your phone (WhatsApp > Linked devices), and the session persists: no re-scan on every use.

Then, every morning, Claude Code:

  • Triages: it reads new messages, groups them by contact, flags those waiting for a reply.
  • Summarizes: "summarize my WhatsApp from today" gives a clean digest, one clear line per conversation.
  • Drafts: it prepares a reply in your voice, and only sends it after your validation.
  • Follows up: it re-pings at the right moment a contact who never answered.

The red line is absolute, and it deserves to be taken seriously. This open integration is tolerated as long as it's not used for mass outreach: your account, your real conversations. Any unsolicited mass messaging, and the account is banned within minutes.

And the honest limits. The bridge must run: turn off your machine, everything stops. For 24/7 operation, you must host the terminal and the bridge on a permanent, secured machine. That's where it becomes a real production concern.

The SKILL.md walks through the one-time bridge setup (two commands, a QR code to scan from your phone), then everything is driven in plain language from Claude Code.
