Hermes Agent: Advanced Workflows — Project, Automation, and Content Creation

From one to many: managing a team of agents
An agent that remembers is great. But when you need multiple specialized agents — one for content, one for support, one for monitoring — how do you manage everything without losing control?
Multica: the multi-agent dashboard
Multica is a free service that acts as a command center for all your Hermes agents. The concept: each agent has a profile, responsibilities, and a dashboard where you track everything.
Hooks are the master piece: a hook is an automatic action Hermes triggers after every message. For example, after every completed task, Hermes updates the project in Multica automatically.
The setup: you create an account on multica.ai, get an API key, and give it to Hermes saying "you're my project manager and chief of staff." Hermes configures the hook itself.
Squads: a team of agents
You can create multiple profiles in Multica — a "default" for work, a "personal" for your private life. Each profile corresponds to a different Hermes with different permissions and skills. The squad leader coordinates the others.
Composeio: connecting Hermes to all your apps
Composeio is a bridge between Hermes and your applications — Google Calendar, Gmail, Notion, and hundreds more. The concept: you authorize Composeio to access your apps, then Hermes can use them via simple commands.
Installation takes a few clicks. You choose the app, authenticate, and Hermes can now read your calendar, send emails, or modify documents.
This is the foundation for everything that follows: cron jobs, briefings, and complete automation.
Cron jobs: your agents working while you sleep
A cron job is a scheduled task that runs at regular intervals. In Hermes, it's the mechanism that allows your agent to work autonomously — without you asking it to do anything.
The automatic morning briefing
The first cron job to set up: the daily briefing. Every morning at 8am, Hermes:
- Reads your emails and summarizes the most important ones
- Checks your calendar and prepares your day
- Scans trending topics on Twitter/X in your field
- Sends a complete summary to Telegram or Slack
Execution is simple: you give Hermes the instructions, it configures the cron job itself, and the next morning your briefing arrives on your phone.
In the Multica interface, you see the job running, its next execution, and the send history.
Skills and continuous improvement
Each cron job generates data. Hermes uses it to improve. If the morning briefing always omits a type of information you ask for, Hermes learns and adjusts. The improvement loop works on automated tasks too.
Having more skills isn't a problem — Hermes uses an index to search skills, so even with hundreds of skills, performance stays optimal.
Build 1: Animated website in minutes
The first concrete build: a premium website with animations, polished design, and optimized copy. Everything done with a single command.
Required skills
- Hicksfield: the design and deployment engine
- Firecrawl: web scraping to analyze competitor sites
The sequence
- You install the skills (authentication in a few clicks)
- You launch the command with your offer and specifications
- Hermes generates the complete site — design, animations, copy
- You receive the deployment link
The result is an animated, responsive site with copy that sells. And if you want a change, just send a message to the Telegram bot. Hermes modifies the site live.
Build 2: Marketing kits for real estate (or any product)
This build is one of the most profitable to sell. The concept: Hermes scrapes real estate listings, generates a complete marketing kit (photos, videos, descriptions), and sends it automatically to the real estate agent.
The workflow
- Firecrawl scrapes listings from a geographic area
- Hermes generates animated visuals (Hicksfield), videos, and descriptions
- The kit is sent by email to the agent
- Multica tracks project progress
Concrete example: an apartment in New York. Hermes scrapes the listing, generates premium visuals, and sends the complete kit to the agent. The actual cost is nearly zero. The selling price: $250 per listing.
Sales strategy: offer the first kit for free. The agent sees the quality. Then propose a subscription for all their listings, or go upmarket to brokerages.
Build 3: The content factory — carousels, reels, articles
This is the most powerful build for organic growth. The concept: Hermes creates content for you, automatically, every day.
Large-scale carousels
Carousels are the most effective format on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Hermes:
- Scans trends in your field
- Writes content in your voice
- Designs the carousel (consistent style with your brand)
- Programs it in Blotato for automatic publication
The result: a new carousel every day, without you touching anything. You can track progress in Multica.
Edited reels and videos
You film a raw talking head. You send it to Hermes. It:
- Cuts "ums" and silences
- Adds relevant B-roll
- Auto-subtitles
- Proposes a final version for validation
Actual cost: pennies per reel. Time saved: several hours per video.
The content repurposing octopus
This is the most leveraged workflow: you take 1 YouTube video, and Hermes transforms it into:
- Shorts (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Carousels (Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Blog articles
- Tweets and posts
- Emails and newsletters
All automatically, all in your voice, all scheduled.
Build 4: Automated e-commerce ads
The process: inspiration research → creative generation → ad management.
Hermes uses scraping skills to analyze your competitors' ads, generates images and videos with Hicksfield, and can even manage your campaigns via the Facebook MCP.
Concrete example: a beverage brand. Hermes analyzes existing ads, generates new creatives (product images, lifestyle videos), and pushes them to platforms. Your Hermes manages the entire chain, from creation to publication.
Build 5: AI community manager
A moderation and support bot in your Discord, School, or email community. Hermes responds to member questions in your voice, moderates discussions, and flags urgent issues.
Configuration: you give Hermes your community rules, your tone, and your FAQs. The bot runs continuously and every member gets a response within 24h, without you touching your notifications.
In Multica, you track interactions and resolved issues.
Summary
The 6 builds we've created:
- Premium animated website
- Real estate marketing kits
- Content factory (carousels + reels + repurposing)
- E-commerce ads
- AI community manager
- Cron jobs and briefings
The pattern is always the same: skill + cron job + channel = complete workflow. Each build can be sold to businesses as a "done-for-you" service.
The next step: how to take all these builds and sell them — with pricing, offer structures, and concrete client examples.
